One of the leaders of the New Generation Konpa Movement,
Zin is in a class by themselves, with their unique sound,
the vocal skills of “Alan Cave” one of the
most skillful vocalist from Haiti, the musical prowess
of Alex Abellard, Zin will always be Zin, and believe
me they are hot, so mark that date as Zin returns home

Infectious,
syncopated mid-tempo rhythms of the French-Caribbean make the
Manhattan Haitian Dance Party one of S.O.B.’s most successful
and longest running weekly series events in the history of
the venue. Each week, live bands from Haiti, Gaudeloupe and
other French speaking Caribbean countries take command of the
party and transport you to imaginary walks along white sands.
This week features Carimi, the popular Kompa band.
