Information On January 9th, S.O.B.'s brings the Haitian superstar Belo back to New York City. Whenever this young talent graces the stage its an event that is talked about long after he performs. 

Belo has made a name for himself through thoughtful lyrics & the use of his smooth voice.  The young writer/composer first won the hearts of Haitian music lovers with his album "Lakou Trankil", released in 2006. He was born in Croix des Bouquets in the outskirts of Port-au-Prince the capital city of Haiti. Full of energy , the star is influenced by different musical genres including Reggae, Voodoo, Rara and soul interspersed with flavors of Jazz. Belo, has become internationally recognized for his socially conscious songs with comment on the plight of many of his fellow Haitians living in difficult circumstances. He is one of many artist from the Hispaniola isle who are bringing the rich culture & resilient history of the proud Haitian people to the attention of the international community.
